Welcome to our site where we share more about the properties we own at Hilton Head Resort on Hilton Head Island. 

Let me introduce ourselves - we are Jim and Cindi Stultz. We have been married over 50 years and live in Maine. We love living here and have raised 5 wonderful children. (They tell us we are biased but we think they are pretty great!)

We purchased 5 rental properties at Hilton Head Resort so we could visit as a family but also to provide additional income for our retirement by sharing the villas for others to enjoy.
